Information Collection and Use by Innovative FOTO
Innovative FOTO collects User submitted information such as name, email address.Innovative FOTO also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate User data, and browser type, from Users to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. From time to time, Innovative FOTO or a partner, may sponsor a competition in connection with the use ofInnovativeFoto.com. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. Use of Cookies
Innovative FOTO uses cookies to store Users’ preferences and to record session information, for purposes including ensuring that Users are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize newsletter, advertising, and web page content based on browser type and user profile information. Third Party Advertising
Ads appearing on innovativefoto.com may be delivered to Users by Innovative FOTO or one of our web advertising partners. Our web advertising partners may set cookies. Innovative FOTO User accounts at Blababooth.com are secured by uniquely-created passwords. Innovative FOTO takes reasonable precautions to ensure that photos, videos and any other customer information are kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to User information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of User account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of User information at any time.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information Innovative FOTO Collects

If you ask Innovative FOTO to delete your information, we may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the Personal Information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise to perform a contract we entered into with you;

If you choose to request that we delete certain portions of your Personal Information, it may affect your ability to use certain parts of the Services. If the request relates to information that Innovative FOTO needs to make the Services function properly for you, you may no longer be able to use the Services.

You have the right to request from us a list of affiliates and third parties with whom we shared Personal Information about you for their own direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. Innovative FOTOis required to verify the identity of any person or entity that requests the disclosure or deletion of Personal Information.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Children’s Information

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older who are located in the United States. The Services are not directed at, marketed to, nor intended for, use by children under 16 years of age. Innovative FOTO does not knowingly collect or sell the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age. If Innovative FOTO learns that any information was provided through the Services by a person younger than 16 years of age, Innovative FOTO will delete or destroy the information immediately.
